WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT GOD WILL NOT DESPISE A BROKEN SPIRIT AND CONTRITE HEART?

A contrite attitude of mind comes from a person who has come to realize their poverty of spirit, their total incapability to do anything that is pleasing to God of and by their own self will, impossible. Realizing that they are poor in spirit and need God's Spirit indwelling them to accomplish all that He requires of them as His adopted sons/daughters, they indeed come before Him in an attitude of repentance and asking for His forgiveness.

Now, God responds by forgiving that son/daughter because of the sin offering sacrifice of His beloved son Jesus who by his sacrifice, his shed blood has reconciled all mankind unto his God and his Father.

We should also realize that we are bought and paid for by the blood of the lord Jesus and are no longer our own. We are his slaves and as such have no right to act according to our self-will anymore. We now become as Paul says slaves of righteousness - right doing in faithful obedience to the will of God and His son Jesus our lord!

The amazing result of our becoming a slave of the lord Jesus is; he as our master, our slave owner is required to provide for us in every way and enable us to live according to the righteous requirements of his God and his Father and ours! He came to indwell [tabernacle in] all those whom his God and Father will place in him, by the power of His Spirit which He has given to His son Jesus, to give unto those that are His. It was Jesus who poured out the promised Spirit of God at Pentecost! God has given to him not only to have life in himself but to give us to have a measure of his spirit, which gives us to have life in ourselves, resurrection life, new age life; to be enabled to walk in faith obedience before him!

So in summary, our repentance and baptism are just the beginning of our salvation walk. As regenerate persons we are to now seek to be renewed in our mind and spirit, to become more and more like the lord Jesus. Jesus was the outshining of His God and Father on this earth and is now seated at His side in the heavenlies! May we all strive to become the sons/daughters that our God and Father who has given us every means to enter into the coming Kingdom of God. The lord Jesus has given us his all, we need to respond by giving him our all, in total commitment to him.

We need to abide in his love and walk through this sin-sick world as a light to all those we come in contact with. To show forth the lord Jesus God's anointed one in our lives, in all we say and do. We do so as his willing slaves seeking to do our master's will, and in doing so will have entrance into the coming new age and the Kingdom of God. May that day soon come!

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS OF THE GOSPEL MESSAGE?

Notice: Acts 8:12: But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus the anointed one, they were baptized, both men and women.

Notice: Luke 8:12: Those by the wayside are they that hear; then comes the devil, and takes away the word [about the kingdom of God] out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

Notice: Matthew 13:19: When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and understands it not, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart.

So we understand from these verses that Satan is the enemy of the preaching of the word about the coming kingdom of God. Why? Because one needs to understand what the message about the kingdom of God is in order to be saved! (Luke 8:12).

So first and foremost the essentials of the good news message [gospel] that Jesus brought are the preaching of the good news about the coming kingdom of God and about his name which is Jesus who is the anointed one, the Messiah, the coming King of Israel. And since we have been grafted into the Israel of God [Romans 11] he is our King. We need to realize that Jesus and his disciples preached the gospel about the kingdom of God long before there was any mention of Jesus' death and resurrection and after his resurrection, that same message continued to be preached to the world even as he commanded.

Notice: Act 28:30-31: And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the lord Jesus the Messiah, The things concerning Jesus was about his death, resurrection and looking forward to the time when he will return to sit on the throne of David at Jerusalem ruling over all the nations as a glorified immortal man and doing so with all those who have been resurrected to co-rule and co-inherit all things with him.

Unfortunately, that good news message is not being preached completely today. We only hear about the death and resurrection of Jesus and nothing about the soon-coming kingdom of God. The message one has to understand in order to be saved... Luke 8:12.

Why are very few preachers today constantly preaching about the kingdom of God as Jesus did his whole ministry? Why are we not being taught more about how the sermon of the mount was given to help us know how to prepare to be a co-ruler in that soon-coming Kingdom of God. When the Kingdom of God arrives it will be the establishment of the Theocratic Government of God set up at Zion where Jesus will reign as King of Israel and King of Kings and Lord of lords over all the nations of the world who will come up to pay homage to him at the Feast of Tabernacles every year.

Notice: Zechariah 14:16: And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, Yehovah of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, Yehovah of armies of heaven, even upon them shall be no rain.

Again, where is the gospel of the Kingdom of God being preached today?

Why is it not the emphasis of preachers today, it was at the forefront of the message Jesus brought to Israel and that he wanted to be preached to the world!

WHY IS FOLLOWING THE MESSIAH SO DIFFICULT?

It's difficult because we do battle against the desires of the flesh, the desire of the eyes, and the pride of possessions, the same things that confronted Eve when tempted by the Adversary. We have the law of sin working in our bodies because we are of Adam, the federal head of the whole human race We also fight against wicked spirits in high places - the heavenly realm. Now if one is in the anointed one of God, Jesus who by his death defeated the powers of the Adversary and those under him then we can walk free from the law of sin that keeps one in bondage; and with the new creation life, he has given us we walk in the spirit overcoming the law of sin in us.

It is a daily, hourly battle that will not be over until we are resurrected, but it is a battle worth winning in the anointed one Jesus. Our hope IF we hold fast to his message and his commands to love one another is that all men/women in him are to co-inherit with him this world which will be completely renewed by him and us, and to co-rule over all the nations that live over into the coming new age with the lord Messiah Jesus the King of Israel and the King of kings and Lord of lords of all the nations.

We need to walk through this wilderness as Israel did of old but instead of the unbelief that impeded them; we need to walk in the covenant faith of Jesus and of Abraham so that what our God and Father has begun in us, He will cause us to bear fruit and come to have a glorious life as glorified immortal men/woman in the soon coming new age!

In the Messiah Jesus, we have truth, light, love, the way, new age life, wisdom, power of the spirit of truth - his spirit working in us, to help us along the way and a high priest who acts as our advocate before the throne of his God and our God his Father and our Father. Rejoice, the battle is ours, IF we remain in him to the end. Put on the whole armor of God and pray unceasingly, rejoicing and praising the name of Yehovah! These are the sacrifices our God and our Father loves to receive. Halil Yah - Praise God all day long! Rejoice our salvation draws near!

PLACING YOURSELF IN YEHOVAH'S HANDS

Our peace and contentment always depend upon our covenant faithfulness toward our God, no matter what our circumstances. The psalmist writes, “Delight yourself also in Yehovah, and He shall give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:4).

If you’ve fully placed yourself into God’s hands, then you’re able to endure any and all hardships. Our Father’s desire is for you to be able to go about your daily business without fear or anxiety, totally trusting in His loving care. And your total commitment to loving him has a very practical effect on your life. The more you trust and rely on God’s loving care and keeping, the more indifferent you’ll be to the conditions around you. Why? Because perfect love casts out fear. [1John 4:18]

If you are trusting and relying on Him, you won’t constantly be trying to figure out your next step. You won’t be afraid of the frightful news swirling around you. You won’t be overwhelmed as you think about the days ahead because you’ve placed your life, family, and future into Yehovah's safe and loving hands.

How worried or concerned do you think sheep are as they follow their shepherd? They are not worried at all, because they’re totally trusting in his leading them. Likewise, we are the sheep of our shepherd the Messiah. [John 10:16] So, why should we ever be concerned, disquieted, or worried about our lives and futures? He knows perfectly how to protect and preserve his flock because he leads us in love!

We need to learn to trust Yehovah one problem at a time. Think about it: How can we say I trust God with everything, if we haven’t proven we can trust him with just one thing? Merely saying the words, “I trust Yehovah completely,” isn’t sufficient. Faith requires action or it is dead! We have to prove over and over again in our lives, in many areas and everyday things, that we trust in Yehovah to guide us and protect us and give us the enabling power to overcome every obstacle that is in front of us.

Many people living today have said, “I commit, I believe, I trust,” only after they realize there was no other way out of their situation. But true loving commitment, the kind that pleases God, is done freely and willingly, prior to our coming to our wit’s end. We are to act in agreement with Yehovah, as Abraham did, giving Yehovah his life as a blank check, and letting Yehovah fill it all in!

WHY PRAY? WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRAYER WHEN GOD KNOWS THE END FROM THE BEGINNING AND IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING?

God's foreknowledge has nothing to do with the reason we ought to pray to Him. The inhabitants of Nineveh prayed when Jonah came through the city telling them God was going to destroy that city and as a result, God repented of His decision as Jonah knew he probably would and wasn't happy about God's decision.

Our God and Father Yehovah answers the prayers of all those who come before Him in a humble and contrite attitude of the heart. Heartfelt prayers move Yehovah to act in mercy and loving-kindness and He always answers the prayer of a humble and contrite person, unless in His overall plan He sees that giving that person an answer would not be to their good as to the end result He sees for them. That is why some are not healed or don't receive an immediate answer to their heartfelt prayers. God knows what is best for us in the short term and the long term, and as a result, acts toward us accordingly.

When we pray to our God and our Father Yehovah we are talking to Him and letting him know how much we love Him and thank Him for all he has given us through His beloved son Jesus. We have truth, light, life, love, and know the way of entrance into the coming kingdom of God to be established in the coming new age. He has given us the right to come boldly into His presence as His begotten sons as his little children to experience His loving arms drawing us to Himself.

With all of this before us, why would we not want to come to God in prayer, telling Him about all that we need help for and waiting on His grace to assist us in those things? He has given us a paracletos - one who comes alongside us to help us and his name is Jesus. He has given us a High Priest in heaven for us to intervene for us as our advocate and his name is Jesus. He has given us a comforter who promises to be with us always and his name is Jesus. He has given us a life-giving spirit to be with us and his name is Jesus.

Why would we not come before the throne of Jesus' God and ours, Jesus Father and ours, and give Him thanks for all His wonderful grace poured out on all of us who do not deserve anything at all, and yet He has blessed us immeasurably! Halil Yah - Praise God.

Hebrews 13:15 Through him [Jesus] therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

When we do this more and more we will feel the presence of the One with whom we have to do. It is a great comfort to know we are never alone, that our God has provided a person to come alongside us to help keep us on the narrow path that leads to life in the coming new age. That fact alone should give us reason to come before our God and our Father with thanksgiving and praise continually.

Indeed what a friend and elder brother we have in Jesus and what an awesome Father we have in our God who loves us and gives us all we have need of!
